The mission of Oceania Community Health is to facilitate community-driven projects that help the community take control of their own health. Community identified projects aim to address health care, education, economics, culture and the environment of the island. Proposed projects are judged on their importance, feasibility, community involvement, cost, sustainability, and how well they fit within existing cultural/health systems. Below is a list of current, past, and future projects for Yap, Micronesia.
